Get the most our of your Red Light Session by hydrating before & after, aiming for 20 minute sessions, with 8-10 minutes on the front and back of your body, and 2-4x per week. Always listen to your body during the session and consult with a doctor if prior to using Red Light you have have any medical concerns.
What should you Bring?
The Red Light Therapy room will be solely yours during the private session. The room is also equipped with a yoga mat, massage gun, and other tools to maximize your time. We recommend wearing athletic apparel, loose comfortable clothing, or a bathing suit for your session. Additionally, bring a water and be sure to hydrate before and after.
