What is Cold Plunge?
Cold plunge is a holistic approach to health and a form of Cold Therapy. It is the practice of taking ice baths in water below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Taking the leap and jumping into the Cold Plunge can help with both mental & physical health. The physical health benefits of Cold Plunging, include improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and faster muscle recovery. How cold is the water?
At 94 Wellness we keep our Private Cold Plunge between 48-53 degrees F.
How Often & how long should you plunge?
Cold plunge is a practice that takes time to adapt to. It is important to find a routine depending on how often you plunge and what your goals are.
Time: We recommend starting with 1-3 minutes and then working your way up to find what feels best for your body. Staying in the water for an extended period of time does not enhance benefits and can eventually reduce benefits.
How Often: Consistency is important and finding a weekly regiment (2-4x) that fits into you schedule is the best way to get the most out of cold plunging.
