WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment.

A parking lot is located on site, there are spots in front of building as well as additional parking in the back of the facility.

HYDRATION

Be sure to hydrate before and after your appointment. Water, salt, hydration packs are great for pre and post appointment.

WHAT TO WEAR

For the Infrared Sauna or Red Light appointments, we recommend wearing something loose fitting or workout shorts/top. For the Cold Plunge we recommend a bathing suit.

Cold Plunge

Our private cold plunge features a state-of-the-art Plunge allowing for the water to remain cold and clean. Cold therapy can improve both mental and physical well-being and it is  the most popular 94 Wellness Experience.

For optimal benefits, we recommend cold plunge sessions of 2-5 minutes, with a total weekly exposure of 9-14 minutes spread across 2-4 sessions. More time in the cold doesn’t always mean better results—overexposure can actually reduce benefits. Consistency and balance are key to maximizing the effects of cold therapy!
